STORAGE

Format SD card

Formatting will erase all data on the SD card. This operation cannot be undone.

Factory reset

This restores firmware defaults on the buddy. It erases saved Wi‑Fi, cloud sync, portal password, and internal backup files. Files on the SD card are not deleted.

FIRST-TIME SETUP

Make this NEO yours.

Give the device a name and choose how its backups should be protected.

Local storage remains the source of truth. Cloud backups are optional and never remove local copies.

CLOUD BACKUP

Backup destination

Upload local backups to WebDAV, S3-compatible storage, or Hammer Ink (hammer.ink). Settings are saved on the device and survive reboots.

Saved home networks

    Save up to 4 networks (home Wi‑Fi and a phone hotspot). These stay available when you switch to Home network. On join, the buddy prefers the last used network, then the strongest saved network in range.

    These preferences are saved in this portal preview. Firmware settings will be applied when the device settings API is available.
